Stephen is a Washington, DC–based commercial real estate broker specializing in food and beverage tenant representation and leasing at Dochter & Alexander. He works with independent operators, emerging restaurant groups, and international concepts entering the DMV market — guiding them through site selection, LOI negotiation, and lease structuring from first conversation to signed deal.

He brings fluency to both sides of the table: the real estate mechanics and the hospitality business behind them. His clients range from James Beard–recognized chefs to PE-backed fast casual brands, and his work consistently focuses on securing terms that hold up long after opening day.
