As the Operations Manager at Dochter & Alexander, Rachelle Abram oversees all internal operations and financial processes. In her supportive role, she works with each service line.

Rachelle came to Dochter & Alexander by way of Amico Lane, a property management company that specializes in condominium management, where she served as the Operations Manager. Prior to Amico Lane, Rachelle was the Director of Outlets at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill. Rachelle was awarded Manager of the Quarter and Manager of the Year for 2019 during her time at Hyatt. In her previous positions with MillerCoors, Wells Fargo and General Electric, Rachelle showcased her ability to switch between industries, learning quickly, and finding success in her assigned role.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her niece, writing fiction, and traveling.
