As Operations Manager at Dochter & Alexander, Rachelle D. Abram oversees the firm’s internal operations and financial processes, partnering with each service line to keep the business running smoothly.

Rachelle joined Dochter & Alexander from Amico Lane, a property management company specializing in condominium management, where she also served as Operations Manager. Earlier, as Director of Outlets at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill, she was named Manager of the Quarter and Manager of the Year in 2019. Her prior roles at MillerCoors, Wells Fargo, and General Electric reflect a consistent ability to move across industries, learn quickly, and find success in any role she takes on.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her nieces, writing fiction, and traveling.
