Local chef and entrepreneur Josh Phillips was ahead of the wave when he formed his concept for a Mexican eatery based on mezcal. He selected Dochter & Alexander to aid in the execution of his vision. Our understanding of the emerging neighborhood of Shaw allowed for a successful negotiation of restaurant space in the trendy area. Today, Dochter & Alexander continues to work with Espita Mezcaleria on expansion strategy and real estate site selection to help place the restaurant in the best position with the most advantageous economic structure.
