Laura Bellantoni is a Director at Dochter & Alexander and serves as the main point of contact for the Landlord Advisory business. As a Director, Laura negotiates and completes transactions on behalf of the company’s clients, manages marketing and leasing efforts for the portfolio, and assists with market research and development of new business.

Laura began her career at Bisnow Media, managing advertising and sponsorship accounts in the Houston and Chicago CRE markets. Prior to joining Dochter & Alexander in 2016, Laura was with The JBG Companies on the commercial leasing team.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her French Bulldog and seeking out the latest and greatest restaurants in DC… all in the name of market research, of course!
